Payment options

Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, GooglePay, ApplePay), TWINT or prepayment. After placing your order, you will immediately receive the order confirmation, if this is not the case, please contact us by mail.

The buyer agrees to transfer the purchase price according to the order confirmation and payment information within 14 days to the specified account. If the payment is not made within the deadline, the order will be cancelled and the items will be offered for sale in the store again. If payments are received after the cancellation, the money will be transferred back. Please transfer the amount to the following account:

Right of return

Right of return
HALLUXUS GmbH guarantees a 7-day right of return after receipt of the goods. This applies to all items that are undamaged and unopened in the original packaging. Returns to Halluxus GmbH are at the expense and risk of the customer. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or by e-mail to Goods that have already been opened or used cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. Material damage or wrong delivery
The customer is obliged to check the goods immediately after receipt of delivery and to send any defects – for which HALLUXUS GmbH provides warranty – immediately in writing by email ( or by letter to the address in the imprint. If the product should show defects, these must be described exactly with the return. If the inspection by HALLUXUS GmbH shows that the goods do not have any detectable defects, the customer will be charged for the effort, the return or the possible disposal.


The delivery times are usually 1-3 business days. We always try to process all orders immediately. If the goods are ordered by 5 pm, they are usually delivered the next day. If the transport company sends the shipped goods back to the seller because it was not possible to deliver them to the customer, the customer bears the cost of the unsuccessful shipment.

Delivery costs
Delivery within Switzerland is free of shipping costs. The prices are inclusive of VAT and inclusive of postage (Priority A-Post). For delivery abroad, an additional CHF 7.00 postage will be charged. The product prices are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of postage.
